I am new to this site. I love it. I like the way everyone is there to talk to you about slipping etc. Fun group of people. I have to say that I am following Weight Watchers points. I am writing them down. I am really making an effort to not go over so that I will start to see some lbs coming off. The biggest problem is that my husband and love to eat out for recreation. I have crept up in my weight in the last 2 years and if I don't do something I am going to be one of those little pudgy women. I am small to begin with and at 152 that is too much. Anyway, I am really going to make an effort. thanks for listening.


. You're right - it's a truly great place to be. I thought I knew loads about nutrition (wasn't great at putting it into practice) till I came here. I've learnt a lot.
