  • Well I am starting over today and goofed real good last night LOL, but I am prayed up and ready to start fresh.... not only on the dieting front but alot of other areas I fall short in...so here goes


    Breakfast- soy shake 180 cal
    2 glasses green tea 0 cal

    snack- oops = 1 chicken breast tender 120 cal 4 grams fat
    from here I totally lost control

    TOTALLY GOOFED UP TODAY!!!!! Had to be honest Sorry I let you down guys....... And I have no one to blame but myself, cause I know I was ready this morning to really do well.

    Breakfast-
    nutrition for women oatmeal packet 160 cal

    snack- fruit cup (unsweetened- 50 cal)
    100 % cherry juice 100 cal

    lunch- veggie soup 175 cal 2.5 grams fat whole can LOL

    snack- ? ragu express 200 cal 1.5 grams fat

    supper- fettuchini alfredo with chicken breast 350 cal
    totals= 1035 cal so far

    snack- fill in after I shop lol
    and lots and lots of water and green tea

    Well here goes, another beautiful day

    Breakfast- packet of nutrition for women oatmeal 160 cal



    Lunch- 2 homeade tacos with fat free cheese and shell and 98% lean lauras ground beef and salsa 300 cal and 6 grams fat for both ( I only use 2 tbls meat and very little cheese, I use mostly salsa LOL) oh and the fat free totillas are only 40 cal each



    supper- 1/2 cup spagetti with sauce 90 cal
    4 tbls 35 cal
    4 tbls corn 45 cal
    1 slice frutose sweetened chocolate pie 250 cal

    snack- 1 snackwell cookie 55 cal and 2 hersheys kisses 75 cal

    equals 1010 calories wont eat anymore on account of too much fat in my day.... Oh but lots of green tea before bed

    Well ladies,
    This week hasnt been altogether good LOL, I did better yesterday than I have, so today and tomorow I am gonna chug green tea and water


    Breakfast- nutrition for women oatmeal 160 cal

    snack- fig newtons 200 cal and 4 grams fat

    lunch- 6 inch turkey sub on wheat from subway with mustard 254 cal and 3.5 grams fat and a bag of baked lays (sour cream and cheddar) 150 cal 4 grams fat

    snack- grapefruit 77 cal

    supper- 1 cup chicken fettucini 290 cal 5 grams fat

    snack- grapes 90 cal and a grapefruit 77
    for a total of 1298 cal for the day

    Well guys I have been exercising and doing all the green tea one person could take this week LOL So I am hoping for a turtle at the very least...but I am afraid it may be a gain....that TOM is saturday But here goes anyway..............

    Breakast-

    6 miles on the bikes and 15 minutes on the treadmill

    snack- ragu express 200 cal 2 grams fat

    lunch- subway again I think turkey sub 254 cal (mustard) 1/2 a grapefruit 43 cal and a bag of baked ruffles (cheddar and sour cream) 150 cal

    swimming at the pool for 45 minutes

    snack- ??? not sure probably grapes or something

    supper- bbq burger ( 98% lean ) and a low fat wheat bun 290 cal
    cup of spinach 60 cal

    then weigh in.... wish me luck!!!!
