My own conclusions - exercising while sick = BAD IDEA, I tried 30 minutes of light-intensity exercise while I was recovering from the worst of my cold (and I only get sick 1-2 times a year) and I felt like absolute **** trying to even do the first sets of cardio after the warmups -- made worse by my stubborn mind pushing me to do the whole routine.
So yea, I'd personally advise waiting out the days or a week to fully recuperate -- if it's any better, you're likely to be taking less calories anyways (not many people would want to eat greasy/sugary foods while under the weather, well, at least I don't

)
