Hello all,
I am once again motivated to take my dieting and exercise seriously. My fiance (I'm getting married this October) and I have been trying to stay strong on the South Beach Diet, so anyone who has advice would be appreciated. Also, my girlfriend and I are working out twice a week together and twice a week apart, but I figured this would be a good place to write my thoughts, feelings, get inspired by all your, well, inspriational stories, and allow myself an avenue to vent my frustrations and resist my temptations. I am super excited to continue to better myself day by day and have a feeling I will become a frequent blogger. I'm looking forward to what this website and these blog posts will do for my success in losing the weight I want to lose.
