  • B: flax cereal, berries, milk, protein powder

    L: salad with tuna, sunflower seeds, cucumber and balsamic vinagrette dressing, green apple
    S: carrots and celery
    D: home-made vegetable soup, broccoli and cheese slice, hard boiled egg
  • My internet is down at home and is off and on at school. I hate techolongy. I was just able to get my planning done today. Blah!

    B: Blueberry Muffin, Cappicano (made at home with fat-free milk)
    L: Salad, FF Ranch, Chicken Thigh
    D: Porkchop, Broccoli, mabye a potato
    S: Popcorn, mabye something else
