Ugh!

  • Really slipped today. It was so nice out and I was doing so well. I went for a walk with the bf even (although I was going to do cardio) then I ate a bunch of double stuffed oreos. According to fitday I've eaten almost 2500 calories.

    I was doing so well this morning...

    But tomorrow I'm going to work out during my 1 1/2 hour break in my little film editing cube. Get an extra workout in and get back on the wagon.
  • Exactly, get back on track. Eat clean and exercise for the rest of the week and everything will balance out.
  • I used that fit day site for the first time yesterday and almost died when i saw how many calories I had eaten. It's hard to be accurate on there. I'm just going to use it as a rough guideline but i've never been a big calorie counter so maybe I just dont know enough to use it properly.

    today is a new day so disregard yesterday. YOu can do it!
  • Yep, you got it. Just keep on keeping on. EVERYONE will slip up occasionally, the whole trick is not letting it KEEP you down.

    I'm at school until 10 tonight and I brought only healthy foods and no money. Therefore duct taping myself to the bandwagon.
  • we all have those days hun lol I did the same thing last night b/c I hadn't eaten much for dinner and was starving by 7, big mistake. Just keep going :hugs:
