After years of yo-yo dieting, I started losing weight the healthy weight 3 weeks ago. I stumbled across this web site and I love it - so I joined!

I read about this site in the March Oprah magazine. I hope to get help getting motivated to start exercising. I have a treadmill in my house and can't get on it lately. I tried to make believe I was meeting a trainer there and it still didn't work. Any ideas on how to motivate to exercise?
