March Challenge

  • Why oh why did we pick such a short month for such aggressive goals?!

    Well, it's March 1st and I got very close. 200.5 as of this morning after the gym. My super amazing massage will have to wait another day or two.

    How'd everybody do?
  • S2theB: Man.....so close...but you will be there. And that massage will feel heavenly!!! I forgot what I set out.....to do! hahahah!
  • Hmm...looks like I met almost 2 goals....I've lost 8lbs....but I set out 9lbs, and as for exercising, I've been doing it everyday this week so far. LOL
    And I'm on Day 4....so getting there of finishing Phase 1.
  • I am happy and proud to say that i met and exceeded each of my goals for February:

    I WILL lose 10 pounds in the month of February. I lost 25
    I WILL do at least 30 minutes of cardio at least 4 days a week in the month of February. I did at least 90 minutes, 6-7 days week
    I WILL strictly do Phase I of the Fat Smash Diet in February.I did phase one without cheating at all - and lost the first 16 pounds

    Congrats to everyone else for working so hard on their goals, you each inspire me!

  • sbebs-Congrats on meeting your goals. I think thats wonderful. Especially the workout. This for me has been more about being healthy and not the weight. Of course I want the weight loss, but I know that as long as I am doing the right things the weight will come off.

    Sorry I have been absent for a few weeks - too much traveling, being sick, busy etc. But I am back! Should we start a new thread for March goals? Or maybe Spring goals? I started detoxing today and am looking forward to seeing a loss next week. I am going to change my weight loss goal from 135 to 130. I spent all weekend in a bathing suit at the beach and 130 is really where I want to be. I hate love handles! Have a great week everyone and I look forward to staying on track this time! Lem

    My March goal is to be under 190 by April 1st! That will be 11 pounds. And I've oly lost 3 so far so I better get on it!
  • My goal for March is to be under 190. Heck just getting under 200 for the first time in 10 years will be amazing enough! :P

  • March will be ending before we know it, thats why I thought I will make mine a Spring goal rather than just a March goal. I will get to 130 lbs this spring - I will say by May 1. I hope to get there by Easter, but I don't want to put too much pressure on myself. I will continue Jazzercising 5-6 days per week, weights 3 times/week and hopefully I can get back to running now that it is warmer. In case some you don't know, I agreed a few months back to post pictures of myself in a bikini on here May 1 and I am going to stick to that! talk about pressure!!!

    sbebs - you will get below 200 - you are almost there, you can do it!

    s2theb - 11 lbs is a lot in 2 1/2 weeks but I am sure you can do it!

    Tinky - good job on the exercise!

    Lovemacon - great job on eating healthy. I know I feel so much better when I eat healthy foods and I feel crappy when I fall off the wagon and go back to my old ways.

  • My March goal is 185. I am soooo very close. The one thing I am doing differently is telling any and everyone who will listen about my weightloss and my goal. that way I am more accountable. You know people are going to be asking did you make it? and I want to be able to day YES! So luck to you all as you work on reaching your goals.
  • My March goal is not looking too good. My scale is definately slowing down. Have to get back to the gym and see how far I can get in the next 10 days!

    5 pounds in 10 days? I dunno but I'm gonna give it my best shot!
