I am happy and proud to say that i met
and exceeded each of my goals for February:
I
WILL lose 10 pounds in the month of February.
I lost 25
I
WILL do at least 30 minutes of cardio at least 4 days a week in the month of February.
I did at least 90 minutes, 6-7 days week
I
WILL strictly do Phase I of the Fat Smash Diet in February.
I did phase one without cheating at all - and lost the first 16 pounds
Congrats to everyone else for working so hard on their goals, you each inspire me!
