i admit i have a food problem i eat when im bored i eat when im depressed and i eat when im happy i think the only time i dont eat is when im mad or sad and after those emotions fade i eat. Its so frustrating to be one of those people and also be one of those poeple that if i eat and dont do anything it just stays with you and it is hard to get it off and then to be with a guy that he can eat a whole elephant and not gain a pound.so i hope that joining this group and paying attention to everything i eat i will eventually get down to my target weight and maybe lower.thanks for listing and i hope to hear your thoughts!
