today was awesome! spend 3 hours running around our large yard with my 2 year old and 2 dogs. Just playing, im in shock in how i wanted to be outside. Last summer i didnt want to "play" outside i only wanted to be inside watching tv, i feel like a new person. Isnt it amazing how losing some weight can change your outlook on things in life. think im going to hit the gym for a few hours now too, looking for a nice weigh tomorrow during TOPS. was very good this week tho never went over on calories and worked out hard everyday. heck think i might pick up some meat at the store and grill out tonight also! hope everyone else had a wonderful week and a even better one this week

*G* isn't it great? It's absolutely beautiful out.. Im thinking since its so lovely out I may go running out by the ocean sometime this week, beautiful weather is forcasted all week!
