  • B: oats, berries, milk, protein powder
    L: salad with tuna, black beans, cucumber and sundried tomato dressing, orange
    S: apple, banana
    D: don't know yet... something with a lot of veggies!
  • Got up late no breakfast.
    L: English Muffin, SF Blackberry Jam, Kix, skim milk
    S: Fruit of some sort
    D: Corned beef, cabbage, boiled potato, and carrots
    S: Popcorn, maybe a SF Jello Pudding
