Have you heard about the new book? Has anyone heard any details about it?

It will be release April 3, and has a whopping 240 pages, so I'm sure it will be much more detailed. I'm looking forward to it

My understanding is a lot of the recipes that he asked for-like *my* sweet potato fries from WW that is circulating EVERYWHERE-will be in the book. I've preordered. Looking forard to it.

Hi everybody. I just pre-ordered the Extreme Fat Smash book from Amazon.com. It is currently $8.37 + $3.99 S&H. There was a note saying if the price drops before shipping I would be charged the lower price.
