Points forground hambuger.

  • I tried looking in my book . But I am not use to it yet. Whats the points for lean hambuger . Thanks
  • Are you looking for raw or cooked points values? How lean is it (90%, 85%, etc) and what serving size? I can look it up for you
  • Well cooked I guess I am trying to figure out like a toco meat So pre 1 oz I think 80 to 85. I have the 2007 book just didn't see it under beef. Is it under hambuger some where.

    I have an older book, but I see it under beef.

    groud 95% lean 1/2 cup(2oz) = 2 points
    groud 95% lean 1 patty(3oz) = 3 points

    groud 90% lean 1/2 cup(2oz) = 3 points
    groud 90% lean 1 patty(3oz) = 4 points

    groud 85% lean 1/2 cup(2oz) = 3 points
    groud 85% lean 1 patty(3oz) = 5 points

    groud 80% lean 1/2 cup(2oz) = 4 points
    groud 80% lean 1 patty(3oz) = 5 points

    groud regular 75% lean 1/2 cup(2oz) = 4 points
    groud regular 75% lean 1 patty(3oz) = 5 points

    For future reference:

    ground turkey 93% lean 1/2 cup(2oz) = 3
    ground turkey 93% lean 1 patty(3oz) = 4

    I have to use eTools for the ground chicken:

    ground chicken 1/2 cup(2oz) = 2.5
    ground chicken 1 patty (3oz) = 5
