B: Nonfat Au Lait, English Muffin w/ .5tbsp, apple
S: Sunflower seeds or string cheese
L: Caesar salad with some leftover tuna
S: Edamame or string cheese
D: Probably soup, and a grilled cheese and tomatos on pita something like that
B- pineapple; toasted peanut butter and banana sandwitch
S- coffee with irsh cream and two mini oranges
L- edamane and miso soup
S- thinsations
D- chicken potato and veggies
W- 4-5L
E- already did 1 hour
I also have a bag of veggies (cucumber, celery and green pepper) and hummus that i will eat at some time today
B~banana, yogurt and milk shake
S~apple
L~lunch out with DH, will look for a salad
S~tangelo if hungry
D~fish, broccoli and cauliflower, maybe brown rice also
Nearly exactly the same as yesterday! I did pretty good sticking to plan yesterday, a friend surprised me with my favorite non fat latte and we split a piece of pound cake. Today, sticking to plan!
B - 2 kashi waffles, 1 with cherry butter, 1 with natural peanut butter
S - 1.5 cups blueberries
L - Salad - greens, grilled chicken...whatever looks good on the salad bar - tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, cranberries, sesame seeds, broccoli, chickpeas
S - tangelo
S - cut up veggies, fat free ranch to dip
D - 2 egg omelet - spinach, mushrooms, onions, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, 2 tbs low fat feta cheese, topped with salsa
B-had an egg and a low cal tortilla with a tbsp salsa
L- well i didnt do so grand, we went to get my new car and on the way home decided to eat at this truck stop, and it didnt go so well for me, fish and chips with tartar sauce. I just put my food into fitday and it came out at like 1750 i think. Im going to eat vegetables for the rest of the day :S
