Is it mostly water weight?

    Ok, so I officially bought my first weight scale yesterday since i moved into my new house haha. When i first dieting (seriously) was about 1 week ago when i hit a low spot and i felt so horrible just because while i knew i wasn't "fat", i was for myself and i've always been so active. i didn't want to keep letting myself go. anyway while i know most of you disaprove, i have been taking diet pills that i thoroughly researched the ingredients. one week ago i weighed 167lbs. 3 days ago i joined 3FC looking for some encouragement because my fiance isn't aware of my body image issues. So I just assumed that i lost about 2lbs. This morning i weighed myself and it said 158lbs. i mean while that's terrific, i couldn't help but wonder if its mostly water weight. what do ya'll think? i always have a bottle of water with me so i keep myself hydrated and i do pilates/yoga monday,wednesday,friday evenings before i go to bed. before i go to bed i also eat a tiny spoonful of lowfat cottage cheese. i read somewhere that if do that, it boosts ur metabolism while u sleep...any of u know about that?
