Planning for Wednesday, March 7

  • I didnt get a chance to post yesterday, I was in hiding, I was eating bad and when I do that I cant even come to this website
    Anyways, back on track today
    B-1 egg and 2 slices of ww bread, 1 slice of ff cheese and mustard
    S-string cheese perhaps?
    L-no idea, going for grocerys at some point, if I dont go before lunch, it will be lettuce wraps with canned turkey and a little mayo and maybe a bowl of soup
    S-crackers?
    D-chicken legs probably, with sticky sauce, rice, and some sort of vegetable and salad w/ light dressing
    S-Popcorn probably, dont want to get into the ice cream tonight as Ive had a bad week
    Water-4L
    Exercize-well my stationary bike has been gathering dust, and an assortment of jackets and sweaters hanging off it, Im thinking about cleaning it off and using it for 25 mins today,too cold to go for a walk

    oh I just really really hope I can get back on track ladies, I feel myself going the way that Ive always gone when ive screwed up before,which is giving up and I really dont want that to happen this time

    b - 1/2 bagel, 1 T lite cc, turkey slices, banana (6.5)

    s - yogurt (2)

    l - 3/4 c rice, shrimp w/ red peppers and pineapple (6)

    s - 1 celery stalk w/ 1T pb (2)

    d - rigatoni bolognese (this is from the WW comfort foods cookbook....it looks so yummy and I can't wait to try it)

    w - 2L
    e - at least 30 minutes of something!!!
  • B- two mini oranges; mini bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese sliced chicken and tomato; scrambled egg whites
    S- coffee with irish cream and sugar; banana
    L- corn, celery, aspargus, shrimp all mixed with some light butter
    S- ricotta mixture and two arrowroot cookies... if I am hungry, I have a HUGE lunch - I might save this for desser tonight
    D- 6" subway roasted chicken sandwitch with extra piece of chicken
    W- 5L
    E- did 60min already
  • On Wednesdays I have a tendency of running late and never have time to make my breakfast.

    B: Banana
    L: Tuna with green onion, pickles, light mayo, feta on pita and chicken noodle soup
    S: String Cheese, Edamame, apple, coffee or something
    D: Probably the rest of my tuna on some crackers or pita
