Planning Wednesday March 7

  • B: SF Instant Oatmeal
    L: Cheese sandwich on wheat bread, grapes, crave control yogurt
    D: Baked Chicken leg/thigh (cooked skinless with seasoning salt), mashed potatoes (made with skim milk), peas
    S: Popcorn

    Water: 3-4 Liters
    WO: C25K Day 1 Week 4 (I didn’t exercise yesterday I took a 4 hour nap instead).
  • B: berries, two pieces toast with cottage cheese
    S: apple and cheesestring
    L: salad with cucumber, tuna and light sundried tomato dressing, orange
    s: carrots
    D: roasted veggies (butternut squash, asparagus, green beans, zucchini), baked sole, steamed broccoli and cheese slice, cantalope

    I work two jobs so it's so hard to eat healthy.

    I had:
    B: 2 slices of raisan bread with strawberries (tea)
    S: Water (since im at work can't really snack on anything)
    L: Turkey Sandwich
    S: Cheerios and Tea
    D: Hot Pocket or Lean Cuisine
    S: Yogert

    B: oatmeal with berries, coffee
    S: mango slices, smoothie
    L: meal in a box noodle thingy (bleh)
    S: whole grain mini fruit newtons
    D: spinach stuffed salmon, zucchini and summer squash

    ill go to the gym too.
