    my week started tuesday. (now is that tweaking or cheating?) (is there a difference?)

    no exercise (this was a recovery day from traveling/competing) (a poor excuse is better than none at all.)

  • i added another banana snack yesterday cuz i stayed up really late watching tv and scrapbooking.

  • This is Thursday and my wi day. I'm not doing it!

    D: Chicken breast and veggies

    Snack: almonds, Popcorn later

    I walked for 40 minutes. But, I've got a real problem with my left hip. Ever since I went to NM in early Feb, my hip, leg, you name it, has not been right. It got better, then acted up again yesterday.

  • just saw your post, patti. yes, i didn't want to cook just for me so i opted for the tv dinners. what surprised me was that i stayed op from tues on. monday i had a meltdown, but planned, celebration.
