Doesn't it seem like you're always "starting" a diet? Well, I'm going to try it again. Some of the people I work with have decided to do our own version of the biggest loser (minus the sports bra weigh-ins lol...instead moreso the honor system) anyway, so i said id do it too. we started yesterday and i'm starting out 315lbs. i haven't weighed myself since last july and back then i weighed 335. I dunno how i lost 20 pounds without realizing, but i did. Some people in my family said i looked like i lost some, but i thought they were just being nice lol. sooo anyway, id like to have a major overhaul by july 1st of 2008, that is my goal. Im thinking maybe 150 would be a good goal, that would make me a little less than half of me now. wish me luck!

Starting a new diet, no matter what it is, is hard... I wish you the best of luck!! You can do it!! I know how hard it is.. I started out at one time higher than I had ever been in my entire life and I have been successful with the love and support of my family and friends.. I wish you nothing but good luck and I know you can accomplish your goal with a little bit of sacrifice and determination!!!
