Planning Tuesday March 6

  • Back from my spring break trip. I did wonderful with my eating the entire time I was gone. I didn’t plan because I was at my friends so it was up to her. But she tried very hard to make sure we were eating healthy food.

    B: SF Instant Oatmeal
    L: Cereal and Skim Milk, grapes, and Crave Control Yorgut
    D: Cashew Chicken and White Rice (leftovers from Monday my sister got it for me when she picked me up from the train station)

    Water: 3-4 Liters
  • B: oatmeal, berries, milk, protein powder
    S: apple, carrots
    L: sandwich-whole grain bread with hummus, tuna, lettuce, pickle, and an orange
    S: cucumbers and grapes
    D: mixed green salad w/ ranch, broccoli and cheese slice, cottage cheese, cantalope
