I've been craving vanilla yogurt lately, but they're all so high in carbs, I've stayed away. Tonight I got Dannon Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control. It's GOOOOOOD.

That's about the only flavor of yogurt I'll eat and the Dannon Light & Fit is great.
