Hello From IND

  • Hey ladies!! I am new to the site as a member. I have been referencing it for the resources for years, but for some reason never joined the forum for discussion.. My goals are the same as so many of yours... I need to lose these unwanted pounds that have taken up residence on my body!! ha! I hope to find some support here to keep me "on the wagon" so to speak... Any words of wisdom?? I look forward to talking with you and making new friends... Thanks!!!

  • Words of wisdom... hmmmm... OK, I guess one word of wisdom would be consistency. Come up with a program or a plan that you can follow without feeling too deprived or too stressed, and stay with it. Of course, you can expect to feel hungry sometimes and have cravings--no one said it was easy--but some plans are harder than others. Find what works for you!

    Be sure to look at the forums in Diet Central for other ideas!
