For those of you who started Phase 1 over, how were your results the second time? I am into Phase 2 and had some minor setbacks and I just feel compelled to start over. I just want to know when you started over - did you feel more successful or committed? And the results?
I just heard I a great phrase "Discipline is remembering what you want"

Just wanted to say I am in your same boat. I'm going on a cruise to the Bahamas in a little less than 2 weeks. I've been on the fat smash diet for a month and I have lost 14 pounds so far. I am so hoping I will stay strong during the cruise. My plan is to stick with what I am doing now, but I will allow myself a little wiggle room. I also plan on continuing my daily work outs and walk walk walk while I am there. I don't think I will restart phase 2 or phase 1, but might extend an extra week if I do bad on the cruise.

I was more committed and found my 2nd, 3rd & 4th go arounds w/ Phase 1 again were much easier. I knew exactly what I could and couldn't eat and I knew what receipes I liked. Plus I planned my meals out better and just felt better prepared overall. I have a hard time w/ P2 beause everytime I go on it I go overboard. I am starting detox again today and I just hope for a 4-5 lb loss. I used to want 6-8 lbs but the closer I get to my goal weight, the harder I find it is for me to shed the lbs which is a little discouraging. Good luck to you! Lem
