As of March 1, 2007, I decided to change my life. I'll write more about my decision and the path that lead me here in my journal but I just wanted to post and say hi to everyone.

As I'm sure many did, I read the article in "O" Magazine about "Blogging the Weight Off". I have several blogs here and there, but it is so refreshing to find a place where everyone is in the same mindset and we're able to bounce ideas off each other, meet new people in our same shoes, and share stories.

I'm excited about all the possibilities from here on out and I'm looking forward to meeting everyone here - stop by and say hi!

Thanks for the welcome...as for my Plan - it's definitely not complete yet...but generally, just to be more HEALTHY.

I dont want to get bogged down with numbers...whether its my weight or my pants size. I just want to FEEL BETTER. And when I'm feeling better, I'll be happy - no matter what size I may happen to be at that time.

Hoosier here! I am also new and from I can tell looking around this site, there are all types of folks! I haven't found a forum to call home just yet, I'm still window shoppin'. If you aren't planning on using a structured food plan, what's your plan? I'm here because I need more of a plan...! I don't blog but I think I might start with the journals option here.
