Hi ladyjo, I'm replying from your "Good morning" thread.
Good luck with your midterm today! I've heard that sugars are helpful with studying - some recommend a bottle of orange juice to get that concentrated hit. Seems like quite the balancing act with school and family. So I woke up early (5:30 am) and am debating whether to go gym at 6 am, or to bikram's yoga at 7 am or to try to go back to sleep.
Yesterday was good in the sense that I didn't eat after 7 pm. I made modified tostados by heating a 8" whole wheat tortilla on a pan sprayed with Pam. Then I topped it with refried beans, avocado, fresh homemade salsa and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. But I ended up eating too many - 4 of them. I felt overly full for the rest of the night. I was tired so I think that ate more than I would normally eat. No exercise yesterday but I'm trying to alternate days right now.
