NINE adorable Grandpuppies! She had an "easy" and fast delivery. She kind of looked up after each pup had arrived, was cleaned up and snuggled in and gave me a grin! They are all around 15 oz except one little guy who will be getting extra care and will be just fine. Five girls and four boys!
Whew! Now the really hard part begins for her as nine is quite a litter. Once they are a bit older - 4 weeks maybe - we will decide which two females get kept for show and eventual breeding. The rest are all sold but Morna and I get first pick!
So now I can relax a bit and look forward to her coming home after they are weaned.

Ruth--That's wonderful! Mama, babies and grandma are all fine ???

Wow! Nine! Whew--Hershey must have the endurance of her mama!

That is great news, Ruthie! Congrats!!!!

We used to bred Dals (not for many years now) and even tho puppies are a lot of work, it was still so much FUN!

Lovies to that wonderful dogger friend of yours and all those sweet babies!

Awww!

You know, Hershey or you must have been sending vibs all day because you and mama were on my mind all day! And they were positive vibs too...but NINE babies! Wow! I'm so glad everyone is all right. Will the babies be coming home with Hershey? Lordy, I can't imagine. Anyway, congratulations Grandma Wuthie.
