  • Good Morning, I am new here. My story is the same as a lot of yours. I have put 65 lbs. on since last May. It's way past time to get a hold on this weight. It is starting to take a toll on my health and my daily outlook on life.
    My first mini goal would be to get back into some of my size 18 jeans!! That would be great. I am in 24's now and they are starting to get tight! Great to be here!!!!!!!

    May I suggest that you make your first mini goal a little bit smaller? The gaps between sizes when you get past 16 are much bigger than the smaller sizes. Where you can lose 10 pounds and drop a size in the smaller sizes, it sometimes took me 20-40 pounds to drop a size in the 20s. It might happen super-fast, but maybe you can make your first goal to get to size 20? That way you won't feel sad if it takes a long time...but you'll be pleasantly surprised if you make it to 18 before you expected!

    What will you do to reward yourself when you get to your goal?
