Wednesday menu, 2/28/07

  • Hard to believe that February is over!

    Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal, small banana, 1 cup of milk
    Lunch1: salad with rotisserie chicken and Kraft Free 1000 Island
    Lunch2: whole wheat pita (1 pt) and swiss (2) with avocado and FF Ranch
    Dinner: gotta cook that salmon one of these days ... if we have it tonight, I'll also steam some broccoli and bake a few sweet potatoes

    Snacks: I have 94%FF popcorn, pineapple rings, and grapes to choose from

    s-yogurt, water
    l-salad, water
    s-apple, lowfat cheese
    s-med chicken, red roasted pepper, brown rice, asparagus, skim milk
    s-green tea with 6 low sodium trisuits
  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

    Lunch: Core chicken salad from lo roast chicken

    Snack: Navel orange

    Dinner: ? Maybe Chipotle chicken bowl
