I came across this website after reading an article about it on The O Magazine. I've tried many different weight loss programs with no lasting success. I've registered with 3FC in hopes of finding an end to my personal battle of the bulge.
That being said, I've decided to erase everything I know (or try to) about dieting and weight loss and start with the basics: balanced diet and exercise.
I will post as often as I can and I'm open to suggestions.
