This is my last planning day this week because Wednesday morning I leave to go visit my friend for the rest of my spring break. I’ve already talked to my friend about what I eat so she is going to try and plan according. Also I’m taking the train to and from her house (all day on the train) but I’ve already created a game plan. Rather then buying food on the train I’m going to take rice cakes, prepopped popcorn, and veggies. I have a lay over half way and I’m going to get lunch at the station. I’m hoping for a subway but that might be optimistic, back up is a McDonald (which I’m 99% sure Chicago’s station has) where I’ll get a grilled chicken sandwich (minus Mayo) and possible a fruit and yogurt cup depending on how hungry I am. I also plan on bring two 32 oz bottles with water to avoid drinking pop.
Now on to Tuesdays plan
B: Kix and skim milk
L: English muffin, egg beater, ff cheese
S: Salad with FF ranch
D: Pork chop and green beans
S: Popcorn
WO: C25K D2/W4 (Normally I try and do it every other day but since I’m leaving Wednesday I wanted to get at least two days in this week).
