Well, I have finally registered! I am totally frustrated at my attempts at weight loss and have over 100 pounds to lose. It seems that everytime I find something that works and lose a few pounds, something always gets in the way and I can't move on and then I just pack those pounds (plus more) right back on again in what seems to be overnight! Where do you start? How do you all get yourselves moving in the right direction??
Welcome! Where do you start? You come here often and you find support and motivation. You develope friendships with people doing the same thing as you and they keep you on track and accountable. You just do it. You CAN do it. You're on the right track by being here. Look around and get comfortable.
