Hello everyone.

I found your forum while looking up how bad powdered coffee creamer is while trying to lose weight. It's not very good for ya...lol.

I have always been overweight. But in the past year I have gained 45 pounds . The only time I have ever weighed this much was when I was pregnant.That was 33 years ago.

I am disabled and no longer work. I think that is part of the problem. It's just very hard doing anything physical while being this heavy (225 lbs.)

Anyways, I'm going to look around your site and see if there is some hope here for me.
