Wow, I jumped on the scale this morning and couldn't believe my eyes....I thought I would have gained back everything from when I started but I didn't I actually lost a little bit. So here I am at 196! It felt good to change the weight ticker. Can't wait to see what happens next. I hope I can get to the 180s, I haven't seen those numbers in a while.
Thanks Sbebsi!!! I felt kinda bad since I wasn't on the Fat Smash. Are you eating enough calories? I know that can slow someone down too. Have you been on calorie-count.com? Sherry referred to that site on one of the post. It tells you how much you need to lose weight. It's very helpful. I'm suppose to be at 1850 calories a day, to lose 1.5-2 lbs a week. Try it out.
Good morning all! Feeling great here! Down another 3 lbs.! I know you can't lose 15 every time! Otherwise losing weight wouldn't be hard!! But I know that once you move out of the first phase in any diet like this, you lose less. But, it's still some off the scale, and is just keeping my motivation up! I might be a decent size for my wedding after all!!

I am new to the group, but wanted to post to keep myself accountable. I just finished phase 1 and will weigh (again) tomorrow. I cheated and weighed in a day early. So far I am down 10lbs. Look forward to smashing with everyone.
