Week 1: Do TO for Mon & Tues. The rest of the week you just stick to plan normally. I *think* you can opt to do FF if you can't tolerate the TO.
Week 2: Have a SlimDown in place of a meal on Su, Tu, Th, and Sa. The other days, just stay OP.
Week 3: Do TO for Mon & Tues, stay OP for the rest of the week.
Week 4: Have a SlimDown in place of a meal on Su, Tu, Th, and Sa...

Week 6: Have a SlimDown in place of a meal on Su, Tu, Th, and Sa...
I'm also doing the TBL challenge, and I like having one thread that we just go back and update each week with our new weights, so that's what I'll do here (in a new post.) If you want to play along, but can't start till after Monday sometime, I think it'd be okay to still start with week 1, but just have your starting days later than Mon.
For shopping purposes, you'll need to have 3 bottles of TO/FF juice (or 6 bottles of Knudsen's juice), plus three 4-packs of SlimDowns (or 12 SlimFasts/string cheeses).



Veggies are a shredded lettuce salad, only cause I have limited access to a microwave today. Also dropped some green peppers into my egg beaters for breakfast. So far, so good...
