today I went over my points, and had a bit of a rough day..... I'm feeling really bad about it, so was wondering, what do you ladies do when you ahve a 'bad day'? How do you NOT feel bad about it?
I'm going with the "tomorrow is a new day" attitude, but lol I'm not so sure i'm oging to be thinking that tomorrow. Tomorrow night I have a weigh in and am worried i've not lost any weight, or that i've put some on............
I'm just getting confused with foods that don't have a point value on them already, or that i can't find on the WW website.....
how do you cope with that situation? how do yo uwork out the points of a food?
