Just wanted to say HI and have a great Sunday.
Its sunny and cold here in NJ but its beautiful nonetheless.
Hope you all turned the clock back last night.
I started my diet off bad again today
Will somebody please come here and beat me up side the head

I went to Shop Rite (food store) and loaded up on meats, I mean LOTS, so tomorrow I can get back on the band wagon.

What day are we weighing in ? is it Saturday ??? or Monday ???

I would be glad to come knock you over the head if you would do the same for me. Some idiot (I wonder who that was?) baked brownies over here yesterday, and they were calling my name this morning, and who am I to resist temptation? Like you, it's the grocery store for me today, if I can stand the cold!!
