My main problem areas now are the tops of my arms (they are flabby), my legs (they are flabby too) and my love handles. I hate all of these areas.
I made a comment that if I cut my mid section out and replaced it with a skinnier one I would be completely happy with my body.
Is there anyway I can eliminate the weight from these areas? I mean I know u cant really spot reduce but are there any exercises that would target just these areas?
