    Q uit procrastinating. Go for your dream today
    R eward yourself every step of the way
    S tand up for what you want. Don't allow saboteurs to infiltrate your dream
    T ake the risk today
    U se your imagination, talents, and abilities
    V isualize what you want and what it would be like to reach your goal
    W rite in your journal daily
    X pect it will happen. Don't just hope it will
    Y ield to no temptations or diversions
    Z ero in on your winning outcome and don't stray
