  • Hi,

    I just wanted to say hello. I signed up because I've been fighting these last 5lbs for months now. I know it's not much but I'm 5'1 and it means that there is an entire section of my wardrobe that I can't fit into!!

    My main problem is night snacking. I really think it's doing me in but I can't seem to get a grip on it.

    Also, I have a young child so I tend to take tastes of his food throughout the day.

  • I've found that a protein shake at night helps a lot. I no longer feel the need to snack at night.

    Don't let yourself taste your kid's foods. I give my dd hers and just walk away. If your username is any indication, you're in NYC.

  • Welcome! I used to have the same problem but now I don't usually eat past 6 or 7. It was really hard for the first week but it gets easier. We'll help you!
