  • I'm sure I read something similar in a thread ages ago, but can anyone recommend a low cal fruit yogurt.
I'm supposed to eat one at about 75cals.
I bought Ski ones without looking at the label only to find when I got home there is 114 cals in each. they must have loads of sugar in them.

    Thanks

  • Marks and Spencer Low Cal ones (From the Count on Us Range??)

They are my favourite pudding ever! And I love puddings.
  • Onken Strawberry Lite - 46 (or maybe 48) cals per 100g - AND its quite yummy!
  • I love the M & s ones too but I ADORE the new shape lasting satisfaction ones. They're fabulous (if you like a thick consistency) and fill you up for ages. 75 cals a pot. They're also considerably cheaper than the M & S ones.
  • I love M&S food... I love the way they describe it... which is why I never go in there.
  • The ads for M&S food make me drool. We've just got an M&S Food shop in town and I try very hard not to go in, it's very tempting though!
  • I'm always disappointed when I eat M&S food because the ads make it look so good and then when I eat it it's rarely as good as my feverish imagination has made out. It's still nice, but not quite as nice as I'm hoping.
  • Shape lasting satisfaction for me next shopping trip then! Thanks for the tip.

I've run out of yogurts so have had a Thornton's chocolate for pudding, but reading this thread makes me want a strawberry yogurt. How bizzare!!!
  • Let me know if you like them. FYI smaller tescos don't stock them - it's a source of constant frustration to me. Sainsburys and Asda always seem to have them.
  • Great recommendation on the Shape Lasting Satisfaction yogurts! They are wonderful, and Sainsburys are doing 2 packs (8) for £2.50 as well, so a superbargain!

    Thanks
  • Yay, glad you like them.
  • Hey,
Do you know if they do any flavours without strawberry in as i'm allergic and really want to try them, i looove yoghurts
  • I think the only ones that I've seen are either 4 x strawberry or 2x strawberry and 2 x raspberry. Ok if you've got someone who'll eat the other two but not so good otherwise. I'm sure there must be more flavours than that though, so maybe my Tesco's just limits them a bit!
  • They definitely do 2 strawberry and 2 raspberry and 4 x strawberry as Bits said but they also do a 4 pack of 4 different flavours as well. I have no idea what they are as raspberry's my favourite flavour followed by strawberry so....
  • I tried the tropical fruits- peach and passionfruit and mango.

    Lovely!
