Let just say some days don’t go as planned. I ended up going out to lunch and having a chicken taco salad but at least I only had half of it and saved the other half. I also avoided the chips and salsa on the table. Then I ended up not exercising because I have this cough/chest tightness thing and I figured running was a bad idea. I’m going to try and run today instead it depends on how the cough goes.

L: I'm going to stay at school to review my paper with a class mate. I don't really want to bring a whole lunch if I'm not going to stay there that long. So I'm just going to bring a crave control yorgut and then I'll probable have a bowl of cereal when I come home. If I end up staying way longer then I plan then I might grab something but I'm hoping not too.
