    Just looking for some interest. We have done it before and it has been helpful. We could start next week, or whenever.

    In the past we have had Monday morning and Friday weigh-ins. I am looking for suggestions.

    Let me know if you are interested.

    Doesn't really matter. If I had to chose, I'd chose Monday.

    Can we just post whenever are weigh in falls ? Like mine is Sunday afternoon. Thanks ! Denise p.s. I guess I could just post it Monday morning but I might not be able to wait !

    I'll do it! I kind of like the idea of Monday. Gives me an extra incentive to stay OP all weekend.

    Why not have a weekly weigh-in thread that we can add to depending on our weigh-in day? I like Saturday mornings myself. That way I don't have to go to work in a bad mood if the metal monster is being hateful.

    Sunday weigh in
    Hi ! Just wanted to report my weigh ins for the last two weeks (which is when I started doing low carbs).

    Last week - I lost 4.2 lbs.

    This week - I lost 1.4 lbs.
