Just thought I'd start a new thread for this one.
I'm targeting 10lbs by March 17th as someone suggested a while ago. I love doing these little challenges because it really helps to keep me feeling accountable for my choices. It's like the 3x per week visits to the COD...reporting my progress and watching my progress in a short period is motivating for me.


I would love to be able to say that I actually hit one of my goals on time for a change! I know it can be done!
