  • Good job everyone!
  • Thanks everyone! I'm having some major water retention this week due to TOM, so I'm hoping to just hang on to last week's loss by the time this week's weigh in rolls around. Congrats to all the losers on both teams, it's amazing to see how the numbers add up over time. I know we've lost a lot of folks along the way, but we also have some strong individuals still plugging away each week.

On the blue side, HRbabe is proposing a "re-commitment ceremony", i.e., recommitting to your goals for the challenge. Since we're at the half way point, it's a good time to reflect on how far we've all come, as well as the work we still have ahead of us. Here's wishing everyone, whether blue or red, the strength to re-commit to their goals.
