and as most of you know dealing with Workers Comp is a pain in the butt!

I have been on it over 15 months and had to get a lawyer....the max in my state is 2 years... the all payments stop, I was making up to 1600.00 a week now living on less then 400 a week....

I miss working and hate having a bad back and arm, hoping i will win this fight with enough money that if i need a operation in the future i can afford it...sorry for venting....

Sometimes it hard when you are alone..

Hopefully, your lawyer can get you what you deserve. It must be so hard to want to work and not be able to...then, to be expected to live on so much less! Hang in there...and feel free to vent anytime.

Thanks Ladies...... it hard sometimes doing it alone.....ughhh weight loss is the only thing in my life i can control at the moment!

Good luck with it! Do they have long term disability there? That is the next step up here.

No to bad disc. in the back and had surgery on my arm in sept.........back is hard... but making beds pulling wash out of washer....everything seems hard........
