The same 2lbs that I have been gaining and losing now for the last few weeks is off yet again, I don’t know until when is this up and down thing going to last. Weight this morning 196lbs.
My skin is turning to a golden brown, after only 4 sessions on the sunbed, I don’t know what I will look like after 15 sessions SSHOOOWWWEEE! My legs looks allot better, the cellulite is not so visible now that they have some colour. I live in a country were the sun is always shinning some were in South Africa and it can get really hot over here. So, every year before going on leave I book a few sessions on the sunbed. My skin is very sensitive for the sun and I tend to burn blisters and get sick, the result is that I don’t enjoy the holiday at all. After a few sessions on the sunbed I can with confidence spend time in the sun and only get tanned. I think I will loose some weight also because it feels like a sauna you are in.
Remember the craving that I had last week for chocolate, well I managed to come up with something that cures that craving, I make my own chocolate!
I take ±3 spoons of cream, ± 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder (without sugar), some artificial sweetener, and about 2 spoons of grated coconut or a handful of crushed unsalted peanuts. I mix them very good; the texture should be like melted chocolate. Put teaspoons of this in the refrigerator until they are set. WALA you have coconut clusters or peanut clusters. The carb count of the cacao that I use is 1.9 pr 10ml because it is unsweetened. I am not sure about the count of the grated coconut but it is something that is allowed on Atkins. You can even use nuts in the place of the peanuts. It does not make allot just enough to stop the craving, and it does not take bad at all.
Jenniwookie I am really glad to hear about your move and the fact that you are going to see your hubby more often. My husband has his own business and when he comes home late for a few nights in a row I can get really depressed.
The wish you all a great low carb day.

I played Bunco last night and no one in my circle of friends battles the same weight issue as I do. Most of them I would call skinny. I just have to work at it harder. Maybe set up a plan and stick to it.
Also, do we quit eating when we aren't hungry or do we clean our plates like our mothers trained us to do?
