  • Let just say the weekend could have went better but it also could have been a lot worse.

    B: SF Instant Oatmeal
    L: Kix Cereal, Skim Milk, Crave Control Yorgut.
    D: ??? Going out with my sister. I'm not sure where we are going but I'll make a good choice.
    S: Depend on Dinner

    WO: C25K Week 3 Day 1 (repeating week 3)

    Water: 3 Liters
  • B - Wheat free muesli w/rice milk, V8 juice, coffee
    S - Carrot sticks w/hummus dip
    L - Sweet potato & onion fritatta
    S - Grapes
    D - Baked salmon w/brown rice, broccoli
    S - Mango

    W - 2 litres
    E - Yoga 30 min, Walk 30 min

    B: steel-cut oats w/soy milk and raisins
    L: curried cauliflower soup, string cheese, apple
    S: carrots w/hummus
    S: dried apricots and almonds
    D: whole wheat pasta w/homemade sauce; salad
  • Meal 1- 1 c pinepple, 1 hard boiled egg
    Meal 2- turkey sandwich on whole wheat w/ LTO, 1 serving baked doritos
    Meal 3- 1 c carrots, 1 hard boiled egg white only
    Meal 5- 4 oz grilled sirloin steak, 2 c broccoli
    Meal 6- not sure

    WO- 30 min Boot Camp, 15 min abs

    It it gorgeous. I need to refine it a little as I kind of made it up as I went along, but I will make it again on Saturday and take some pics and put it on my cookbook.
