After reaching goal 2 years ago and maintaining a short while I hit a period of stress , resulting in stress eating, you know comfort foods, cookies, candy , ice cream and you know the result.My new Wardrobe hangs in the closet and I am wearing sweats, the fat ladies friend.I have had enough!! I have been on many diets and they all work but I have found the best for me is old fashioned calorie counting. am planning meals at least one day ahead and logging every bite and I am back to exercising I had left that behind, too.
Welcome Bargo. Our starting weight, current and goal are all the same. A few others are exactly at the same point too. This seems to be a nice group of people and a helpful forum.
Thanks everybody for the welcome, I see those size 6 pants calling my name.I refuse to go buy larger sizes.I have lots of clothes tho they are meant for a smaller me.
