I have lost 4 pounds since I joined this site. It is going to work for me, I just know it. I walked a mile again on the treadmill and did my light weights.
I weight again this morning and I've lost another 3lbs. Now I know that make 9lbs in less than a week, but since I've started walking a mile and doing weights, plus watching what I eat, really does help. My feet don't hurt as bad either. I'm so excited, I could just jump out of my skin.
