Hi! Im Dizzy ir Pam and I live in Ohio. Started a new diet plan last Wed. and so far so good. Insurance kept denying me for the gastric bypass surgery. I fought them for 2 years. Now I am in a weight management program. I go for a weight in and a class every Tuesday evening. It's called HMR. Knew I had to do this since my health is so bad. But I hope to meet others here like me.

Welcome! You might be particularly intersted in talking to some of the chicks here who have had WLS, there is a forum specifically for them. I haven't heard of HMR, but no matter what your plan, you can find lots of support and encouragement from us! Settle in and start posting!

UPDATE: Out of the blue I got approved for surgery. So 3/7 I go under the knife and then begin my new life!!! I am so excited!!! Will update!!!
